Another update.
We have setup the skype group and have decided on Tuesday 15th March at:
-*Montreal (0900) Europe (1400), Kuwait (1600), Mumbai (1830) *
Taher has put together a draft agenda for the call as follows:
1- introduction and purpose of refactoring project
2- identifying main objectives and deliverables for say the next 6
months or so
3- setting priorities in terms of areas / components to refactor
4- deciding on whether or not to form teams and whether or not to assign
tasks
5- in addition to refactoring, identifying major design changes or
updates to tackle ( big refactors )
6- determining the best collaboration and communication methodology and
the desired workflows for daily managing of this project
7- opening up for additional ideas, comments, suggestions
I will post an update after the call.
