The patch works, but there are 2 issues to note:
1. entity-options for dropdown isn't working for the Quote Type and Sales
Channel fields, without adding the description attribute.

2. Controller entries are not included; I couldn't get it to work after moving
them into QuoteEditScreen.xml. I done something like this:
