That is the intention with all subtasks associated with OFBIZ-6164. It enables
more flexibility (through configurability).
Yet there are some properties that can't be included in the SystemProperty
entity as they drive (basic) OFBiz startup aspects. Some of those have already
been mentioned in OFBIZ-6164.
