Also if we want to give support where RMA clerk have ability to reject a item
in Return, we can add new button "Reject" near Remove button. When user clicks
on "Reject" button, we can change the status of return item to rejected. And
then finally RMA clerk can accept the return. If others agree we can crete new
ticket for this and address this case.
