As per the fixes done under OFBIZ-7060, the Pop up is now showing the inventory 
from supplier that exist in system while processing Purchase Return shipments. 
But its still fetching inventory with Zero ATP against the Product need to be 
returned

Expected Behavior : The pop up should show inventory that has ATP > 0
