I would say, when user says to copy features then it should only copy features.
Adding an additional parameter to UI and based on that take decision. Your
patch says if two categories shares ProductFeatureCategoryAppl then they will
also have common ProductFeatureCatGrpAppl, I'm not sure if it is true always.
