I think we should check for all the entities/screens where historical data is
important and removed. Analise it and then decide what should we do with each
screen/entity. For each entity/screen (having thru date or status with them) we
should discuss and then finalize weather to remove it or manage it via
thruDate/status.
For QuoteItem no status field or from thru date exists, So I think its fine if
user remove it. Entity Designer intentionally design it in that way.
