A decision in any direction was not taken but while working at this I think the
two sets need to be managed differently:
* entitymodel_view.xml files: a careful review of the view definitions should
be made and only the ones that are generic and used by several components
should be moved into the datamodel common component; the other ones, that are
used/useful only to a particular service or screen (or a small group of them)
can stay closer to the artifacts that use them
* entitymodel_old.xml: we should delete all the entities for which the
deprecation workflow is completed (i.e. they have been included in at least one
release branch as "old" files)
