I believe it should move from there to the other page, as it is not only for
the contributors with privileges. But a responsibility of all contributors, as
all of our contributors can open issues, assign themselves and change statuses.
Yet our privileged contributors have some more responsibilities, like
educating/helping others to do the right thing. That should be a higher
priority/concern than the cleaning up after...
