"gradlew javadoc" fails, both locally (Ubuntu) and on BuildBot. It seems it's
more sensible with Gradle or there is an error I did not spot (did no review
just quickly browsed) see

I have more problems with WIndows (does not work at all) and will get back to
it later.
The result of OWASP dependency-check is quite nice :)
