Paul Piper commented on OFBIZ-5840:
-----------------------------------
@Derek: Scipio ERP already replaces the entire theming structure. Perhaps it is
worth noting, that we implemented a very easy to learn templating toolkit that
is integrated into the widget and freemarker engine
(http://www.scipioerp.com/community/developer/freemarker-macros/). I bet you
will easily manage with these. The themes themselves follow the framework
standards and are thus easy to customize. A great starting point based on Zurb
foundation CSS is available within the community edition. I propose to take a
look at the METRO theme to learn how to modify & extend from it :)
Hope that helps!

> (Julien : not sure about location)
> 2- check to make sure that the current version of jQuery is compatible with
> the installed version or upgrade it accordingly
> 3- Create a new theme based on one of the existing themes as suggested by
> Julien and Gavin
> 4- Test the theme by switching to it and handle major bugs / issues.
