You actually make an interesting point Jacques. If we indeed introduce the
plugin APIs that I described in the email thread you mentioned above, then it
would make the hot-deploy not very necessary. So the user instead of calling
createComponent would instead call createPlugin and activatePlugin and the rest
of the APIs to control its behavior.
