Thanks Deepak,
It would be OK with me if
* it's possible (I'll ask infra)
* everybody agree that the release branches are still there, up to date and
will continue to be updated there
* and a lot of deleted branches visible but, like the trunk, stopped 23 days
ago (when we slitted the trunk)
Without other answers in 2 days, I'll consider Deepak proposition as OK and
will ask infra if it's possible.
Looking at https://help.github.com/articles/renaming-a-repository/ I could not test because "Only members with owner privileges for an organization or
admin privileges for a repository can rename a repository. For more information, see "Repository permission levels for an organization
<https://help.github.com/articles/repository-permission-levels-for-an-organization>." Note also that things will be renamed ("with the exception of
Project Pages URLs")
Else (all other cases or circumstances) I'll simply let it be, pfew...

I think we can rename
https://github.com/apache/ofbiz to https://github.com/apache/ofbiz-old
So it will be clear that its an old ofbiz git repo.
Like
https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow-old
Thanks & Regards
