I've seen that error before when one of two things happened: 1. Apache timed out waiting for a response from OFBiz 2. The client (browser) cancelled the request before OFBiz was able to respond. e.g. the user closed the browser or refreshed or navigated away.
So it isn't a bug as such, it's more a symptom of slow response times.
