A local build with "mvn clean install" fails because of test failures in the
OData Client Core module.
A local build with "mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true" fails because of
the cargo dependency in the OData Client Coir module.
I have attached the log files for both runs. Can someone please tell me how to
set up my local environment correctly to build the client code?
I assume this is my local setup since the Jenkins runs fine.
