I have provided a draft of Edm vocabulary and annotation interfaces in
the 'olingo263' branch; I have also provided client-side
implementations, while for server components I have put some TODOs that
are meant to be changed as per OLINGO-265.
Please let me know if it looks fine so that I can merge it back into master.
