Description:
The minimum of required release tools is provided.
grunt dist -> builds the library, generates the documentation, copies and zips
the appropriate files needed for a release to the dist folder.
Hence i change this Issue to an "New Feature" issue to be able to add new build
stuff with reference to this issue.
