Branch merged into master with commit [\[OLINGO-694\] Adapted RAT plugin and
fixed missing

Now all samples can be build with {{mvn clean install -Psamples}} in folder
"samples".
Now all tutorials can be build with {{mvn clean install -Ptutorials}} in folder
"samples" or with {{mvn clean install}} in folder "samples/tutorials".
Now all samples and tutorials can be build with {{mvn clean install
-Psamples,tutorials}} in folder "samples".
