The {{EntityProviderWriteProperties}} from the outer call (e.g.
{{AtomEntryEntityProducer}}) should be passed to the
{{WriteCallbackContext}} (e.g. for {{OnWriteEntryContent}}) as an additional
property.
This helps for the case that within the callback the new created
{{EntityProviderWriteProperties}} are dependent from settings of the outer call.
