Applies to Batch calls in OData v4.
The Content-ID is required as part of a changeset according to OData standard
v4. The JS library does not add this as a header for each changeset.
The issue is on this line of code in "writeBatchPart" method.
result = "Content-Type: application/http\r\nContent-Transfer-Encoding:
binary\r\nContent-ID:" + contentIdCounter + "\r\n\r\n";//==MANUAL CHANGE==
