[~chrisam] I see the $search like options missing on this interface, is that
something you can look into adding for the $all? OData TC talk about this
($search) being a powerful feature to do entity wide search and possible
extensions for someone to hook indexing services etc. All we need to make sure
is interface and parsing rules. Let me know, I can add another JIRA
