Hi Rahul,
the process follows the standard Apache guidelines. Here is a document which
shows this process for Olingo in case you are interrested:
http://olingo.apache.org/doc/odata2/release.html
I also created the release issue:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OLINGO-965
and plan to provide a first release candidate today. From there the vote needs
to stay open until there are at least 3 binding votes with +1 on the mailing
list.
Please keep in mind that this is an OpenSource project. Any contributions and
involvement from your side are welcome.
Best Regards,
Christian

> Hi,
> Currently in Olingo, a precision of 3 is supported at the most for
> Edm.Time,DateTime. This limitation needs to be addressed as there are OData
> V2 services which has values with higher precision. This affects both
> provisioning and consumption scenarios.
> Thanks,
> Sachin
