Hi [~dtretyakov],

I tested with JVM {{build 1.8.0_92-b14}} and {{build 1.7.0_51-b13}} and with 
both I do not have this problem.
Nevertheless I think use of the {{writeEmptyElement()}} method is in this case 
the better implementation  ;o)
The fix contributed by you was pushed with [this 
commit|https://git1-us-west.apache.org/repos/asf?p=olingo-odata2.git;a=commit;h=6bc60b47f61d8c52d3430c15d5f4d4bc77a45b7a].
