I don't know a download location for the historic OData V2 specification.
Which probably is a good thing: the historic V2 specification was last updated
on June 10, 2011. It contains several known issues - known to those who've also
read the V3 and V4 specification, or were involved in implementation projects
of V2, V3, or V4. There's no list of known issues, and no plans to prepare one,
nor plans to fix them in a new revision of the V2 specification.
My advice: if in doubt, look into the latest version of the V4 specification,
currently the public review draft for OData V4.01, stable URL
http://docs.oasis-open.org/odata/odata/v4.01/odata-v4.01-part1-protocol.html,
and then mentally "downport" it to V2.
