Description:
After publishing an Odata 2 service created with Olingo, an error occurs when
making a request about a resource.
When debugging the library, we have seen that the error happens when the value
of a field is null.
In the _Encoder_ class of _org.apache.olingo.odata2.core.commons_, method
_String encodeInternal(final String input)_, the following statement is
executed: input.getBytes ("UTF-8"). When input is null, a NullPointerException
occurs
