The 0001-Add-the-Jakarta... patch is for the odata4 version, and only makes the
compilation succeed using "openjdk version "11.0.6" 2020-01-14". I don't know
what the tecsvc module even is, so I have no idea if it still works.
The build failure happens in the odata-server-tecsvc module because the
javax.xml.bind package is EE and seems to have been removed:
