I am also affected by this issue and I noticed that the latest Olingo branch 
5.x here [https://github.com/apache/olingo-odata4/releases/tag/5.0.0] which has 
commit 
[https://github.com/apache/olingo-odata4/commit/5e696bc131dd97942101fa216e228d64991339c3]
 that upgrades to JDK 17 / Jakarta
