I guess theoretically the Attic PMC could approve a release, but I doubt we want to go down that road. As Hervé has said, the resources have not yet been shutdown by Infra, so you still have write access to the source repository. So you are still able to make changes that you wanted to do for a release and tag/label it. If you get that done, then there we could discuss whether the Attic is prepared to release or you host an external release somewhere and we reference it from either the Attic or Olingo website. If you’re wanting to proceed with working on Olingo, then I think you need to do this soon.
