Hmmm... I'd suggest a forward would be better (i.e. the address bar shows
the apache.org address). The reason I suggest this is twofold:

1) the ASF take the position that if it is not on an apache.org address
then users cannot trust it
2) the CMS is broken by this redirection (although not if you go to the *
apache.org address).

However, this is only a suggestion and can be freely ignored. Thanks for
putting me straight I'll update the shepherds notes on the board report.
