I'd have preferred some more discussion about this, but since it has
passed quite some time, I have just applied a wide meaning of lazy
consensus [4] and proceeded with proposed changes.

We had similar troubles at Syncope and we ended up by limiting our jobs
to run only on Ubuntu machines - longer queue, more reliable results.
If you want I can update [1] and [2] similarly (BTW I have created the
view [3] for Olingo jobs).
