Currently a response with HttpStatus {{204 - No Content}} contains a
{{Content-Type}} header.
This has to be changed because a {{204}} MUST NOT includes an entity body and
hence no {{Content-Type}} header (see section 10.2.5 in RFC2616
[http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html]).
