Hi - There are some Apache and Apache Incubator release requirements which must be met: (1) The release artifacts filenames need to include the word incubating. See http://incubator.apache.org/guides/releasemanagement.html#naming
I suggest changing s/olingo-olingo/olingo-incubating/ (2) Dependencies.
