(1) In the binaries for the dual licensed CDDL / GPL Class B components - do not include the GPL License in the LICENSE file - instead make sure that it is clear that the project's distribution chooses the CDDL. The project must choose a class B license over a class X license. Class X licenses must not be included. This is hidden in the LICENSE file and included in DEPENDENCIES. The proper, but minimal information needs to be moved to NOTICE.
