Fix For: V4 0.1.0
1: In V2 there were multiple ways to get the implementation for simple types.
In V4 we should have a unified way of accessing them from the api. Note: simple
types are now called primitive types
2: Do we really need internal implementations for UInt7 or EdmNull since both
are not mentioned in the V4 Specification. In V2 we used them during literal
parsing.
