[OLINGO-99] Re-factor Package Names. Following are the changes
Module jpa-api
1) Package name is re-factored from
org.apache.olingo.odata2.processor.api.jpa.* to
org.apache.olingo.odata2.jpa.processor.api.*
2) The namespace for the mapping model schema is changed from
http://www.apache.org/olingo/odata2/processor/api/jpa/model/mapping
to
http://www.apache.org/olingo/odata2/jpa/processor/api/model/mapping
Module jpa-core
1) Package name is re-factored from
org.apache.olingo.odata2.processor.core.jpa to
org.apache.olingo.odata2.jpa.processor.core
