I raised up a request to create a new repository for Onligo for Data.JS V3:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-7468

I am sorry that I am not quite familiar with the process. Do I need to get
someone's approval or some votes ahead?

Best Wishes,
Bing

Hi Bing,

You can easily request a new repository via Jira. Have a look at [1] for
example. Just open a new issue for component INFRA.

I have no concerns with what you plan to do with js library. Sounds all
reasonable.

Regards,
Stephan
