I also use Felix but wrapped under Karaf, so in detail I am using same tool, however I was experiencing troubles to resolve all necessary dependencies, especially that default export packages for some of bundles were wrong (see my patch attached to issue). Switching packaging to "bundle” will verify headers against known dependencies during build.
