I ran it in debug and got the same result, I believe the CHANGES (file/folder)
is not in the source zip that was available for download.
Caused by: org.codehaus.plexus.archiver.ArchiverException:
D:\SourceStratus\org.apache.oltu.oauth2.parent-0.31-source-release\org.apache.oltu.oauth2.parent-0.31\client\.\..\..\CHANGES
isn't a file.
I do not see any changes folder if I check at root.
