The AuthZ and Token endpoints for Google, Facebook, Github and LinkedIn are
preconfigured. For the scopes and resource endpoints you have to go through the
documentation of each provider.
Although many scopes and resource endpoints are possible, it's a nice to have
to have a minimal example in the demo client to finish the full flow.
