Update:Waiting on INFRA ticket resolution to publish into Apache Maven.

plan to publish jars to Apache Maven? I don't think it is a blocker
but good to have for an Apache project, thus we can get one less
possible point of failure.
Other than that, tested with Hive hbase metastore, all looks good.
