Tested it a little bit, seems to work as it should.
One thing I do not understand: When is the low watermark moved forward?
In my test scenario I deleted a bunch of data from a table, then flushed and
major_compacted. I found that unless I bounce the TSO the low watermark is not
moved forward. Would it eventually move forward by itself?
