After INFRA hasn't responded to comments in the issue I contacted them
twice by mail.
The only fast solution they could offer was re-enable writes to the SVN.
The ticket [1] has been closed and the recent commits in SVN are not
reflected in GIT.
It is up to us (Onami) to open a new ticket if we want to make a second
attempt to move to GIT.
But we might want to discuss release procedure and tagging with GIT
before we do so.
