Hi all,

more than 72h have passed and the current [VOTE] thread can be
considered concluded and passes with following resolution:

four +1 votes from following PPMC members:

* Olivier Lamy
* Christian Grobmeier
* Stuart McCulloch
* Daniel Manzke

no other votes have been casted.

I am going to create the sandbox space on our svn repository and will
ask INFRA to open the access to all ASF committers, then will let
committers@ know the sandbox availability.

Thanks for taking part to the vote, all the best!
-Simo
