I opened the artifacts, checked the sigs/hashes, rat report. svn tag works fine, mvn test runs.
A few minor things: - the footer on javadocs is not having all necessary words in it. We might fix this with one of the next releases www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs - LICENSE et al is not in the root directory but in META-INF. I think this is standard and other projects (like Compress) do it the same way. But there is some doc which saying it must be in root. Not sure, if that must be fixed or not, lets see what other reviewers say.
