There are a couple JIRA issues that I plan on closing out this week. I'd say
anything that's not done by end of this week, let's just push them to 0.4 and
roll an RC regardless. We've got enough to push out 0.3 in my mind.

The previous release managers have updated that document as they have gone
along and its a great starting point. I think we should definitely get
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OODT-129 resolved which will require some
updates to the release process. Cameron has already started part of this by

but as the 0.3 release manager you will likely be the first to test it out.
