Edited mailing list section of wiki page "Getting started with Apache OODT"

Hi all,

I edited the Mailing Lists and Email section of 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OODT/Getting+started+with+Apache+OODT
 to reference the oodt.apache.org mailing-lists (it had referenced the 
incubator mailing-lists) and I added description of the user mailing-list to 
the section text.
