Description

This is a simple test class for
org.apache.oodt.cas.product.rss.RSSConfigReader. The intention is to add the
new test class to src/test/org/apache/oodt/cas/product/rss. By running the
tests I've uncovered a minor bug detailed in OODT-582. The test class is based
on org.apache.oodt.cas.product.rdf.TestRDFConfigReader.
This addresses bug OODT-583.
