Regarding cutting a release. I would really like to see us address OODT-630
Upgrade OODT components from using Tika 0.8 to Tika 1.3. I have a local
branch which I was working on addressing this so I will try and attach a
patch ASAP.
I also think that we have some discrepancies with some license headers,
etc. We should be able to pick this up via rat:check. I'll also submit a
patch for this unless someone can beat me to it.
I'll address the Tika issue hopefully within the next 24 hours.
