Do I need to do anything clever on the Jira issue or literally just a
ticket?

RAD! You rock and great work! Can you also file a JIRA issue for this
buddy so it appears in our CHANGES.txt?

Subject: PDI plugin
Hi guys
As I didn't hear anything I went and pushed a copy of the PDI plugin
code to trunk/tools/pdi_plugin
Its not complete yet I have to juggle a few more hoops to get it
building, remove some bugs, make it bit more usable, but I figured
I'd feel a bit more compelled to finish it off if it was in the
public domain ;)
