Hi Chris & Lewis,

I think Chris is right, probably it's the Apache CXF dependencies that have 
increased the WAR size.  As Chris suggested, I'll try to learn about Sergey's 
solution for Tika to see if we can do something similar for the CAS Product 
webapp.
